WHILE the rest of us are downsizing, Sean "Diddy" Combs is upgrading. The hip-hop mogul dumped one of his exotic rides last week - a 2004 Rolls-Royce Phantom - but it wasn't because he's feeling the economic pinch. Diddy's wheels sold for $200,000 last week at the Dancy Power Automotive Group's showroom on Lenox Avenue in Harlem. But Puff, who has a birthday coming up, is putting that cash straight into a new Rolls convertible.
