Page Six Photo

October 12, 2008 --

PAGE Six gets action. When Leonardo DiCaprio filmed "Ashcliffe" under the direction of Martin Scorsese six months ago in Boston, Leo's beloved LA Lakers were facing the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals. One day, DiCaprio got into a basketball discussion with two extras who were die-hard Celtics fans. Soon, they had shaken hands on a wager of $100 apiece. The Lakers lost. As of Friday, the extras still hadn't been paid. But after a call from Page Six, DiCaprio's rep, Ken Sunshine, blamed "confusion around the wrap of the film" and said, "His assistant Fed-Ex'd the money today. But he's still p---ed off that the Lakers lost."
