Aug. 22 - Who knew "Seinfield" could be so romantic? After meeting as freshmen at Cornell University, Lauren Bernhardt and Jeremiah Sullivan soon made a habit of watching the sitcom, and laughs quickly turned into love. "One night towards the end of the school year, he told me he had liked me for a while and kissed me while we were watching," says the bride, a marketing manager at TV Guide Magazine. Eight years later, the Stuyvesant Town couple said "I do" before 150 guests with a ceremony and reception at Bridgewaters at the South Street Seaport. Sullivan, a restaurant manager at Restaurant Associates, and his bride performed a wine ceremony as a symbol of their unity. "We combined red and white wine to make a rosé," says Bernhardt. "Then we served a pink champagne as our signature cocktail."

- ESSENTIALS:

* Something old: Bernhardt carried a penny from her birth year in her bouquet.

* Tradition: To celebrate her Polish heritage, the bride danced a polka with her grandfather.

* First dance: "Lucky" by Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat. "It's a beautiful duet that just seemed perfect," says the bride.

* Special touch: The bride's parents, both graphic designers, created a logo out of the duo's initials, which they put on the invitations and more.
