Nice start: Rachel Mad dow had a strong showing in her MSNBC debut Monday night, snaring 1.5 million viewers to beat CNN's "Larry King Live" at 9 p.m. - both in total viewers (by 1 million) and in adults 25-54 (483,000 for Maddow vs. 383,000 for King).

Week 2 of TNT's "Raising the Bar," meanwhile, came back down to earth with about 5 million viewers Mon day (a 36 percent dropoff from from its historic 7.7 mil lion premiere) - while the season finale of History's "Ice Road Truckers" aver aged a robust 2.7 million viewers Sunday night.

Perry Ullman ("Make Me a Supermodel") helped fellow model Elettra Wiedemann celebrate the launch of her charity, justonefrickinday.com, at Morgans Penthouse.

And that was birthday boy David Arquette toasting with Barefoot Bubbly at the unveiling of his new clothing line, Propr, at Sun West Stu dios. He was joined by wife Courteney Cox and her for mer "Friends" co-star Jenni fer Aniston (among others).

Last, but not least:

* Yes, that is "'Til Death" star Brad Garrett you hear singing over the opening credits of tonight's third-sea son opener (9 p.m./Ch. 5). He did it as a goof.

* "Gossip Girl" Leighton Meester chatting with Tommy Hilfiger at the 10AK Green Room bar backstage at Fashion Rocks.

* Seth Meyers ("SNL") chowing down at Vento.
