WE may know why Alex Rodriguez switched his real-estate-hunting focus from the Upper East Side to Central Park West. The Post's Braden Keil reported last January that the Yankee slugger was looking at a big apartment with a $6.7 million price tag in the famed San Remo at 145 Central Park West. That address, it turns out, just happens to be up the street from Madonna's cougar den. The singer, who was on a house hunt of her own last year in A-Rod's East Side neighborhood, successfully sued her co-op board last December to allow her to buy an adjoining apartment and double the size of her lair.
