Siembra Azul añejo tequila
Philadelphia restaurant owner David Suro-Piñera has dedicated his career to fine tequilas, and his meticulously crafted Siembra Azul line reflects his passion for the spirit. Now he adds a fantastic añejo (aged 18 months) to his previously released blanco and reposado. Ripe with notes of honey, citrus, cinnamon and peppers, it's a complex tequila ($45) that deserves to be savored in a snifter. Keep this one far, far away from margarita mixes.
