The high-end hooker who helped bring down ex-Gov. Eliot Spitzer yanked her $10 million lawsuit against "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis yesterday, saying it was time to "focus on the positive."
"She has prospects for many exciting new projects, and is looking forward to starting a new chapter," Ashley Dupre's lawyer, Richard Wolfe, said in a statement.
The lawsuit, filed in April in federal court in Miami, claimed Dupre, 23, wasn't old enough to sign a contract when she appeared on video filmed in 2003.
