Tonight's July 4th fireworks display will be even more spectacular now that it's been moved 12 blocks south to show off the New York City skyline, Mayor Bloomberg said yesterday.
The show, which begins about 9:25 p.m., features 75,000 fireworks and is six times larger than the one in Washington and four times bigger than the display in Boston.
"We do big events better than anybody else," the mayor said.
