The wrongful-death suits brought by family members over a 2006 plane collision in Brazil ended yesterday when a judge dismissed the cases from Brooklyn federal court.
Judge Brian Cogan ordered that the lawsuits be tried in Brazil courts instead.
All 154 passengers and crew on board a Boeing 737 - most of whom were Brazilian - were killed when the jet collided with a private business plane over the Amazon rain forest.
The cases were originally brought here because the executive jet is owned by ExcelAire, a Ronkonkoma, LI, company.
