SKULL OF STEEL

July 3, 2008 --

CBS News correspondent Michelle Miller was the news at Yankee Stadium the other night when she got bopped by a foul ball during the Bombers-Rangers game. Racing to help was CBS medical correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook, who happened to be sitting 15 rows back. "She was on the ground with an earful of blood, but she can really take a punch," LaPook told Page Six. After being patched up, Miller returned to her seat, with the crowd cheering her as the "Rocky" theme played. The fan who caught the ball after it bounced off her noggin presented it to her. Miller told us: "Of all the heads in the stadium to be hit! I should go out and play the lottery now."
