LOS ANGELES - Shameka Christon scored a career-high 28 points and the Liberty rallied for an 89-78 victory over the Sparks yesterday.
Janel McCarville added 15 points and tied a season best with eight rebounds for the Liberty (8-7). Cathrine Kraayeveld had 14 points, Leilani Mitchell scored 13 points and Loree Moore tied a career high with nine assists.
Candace Parker had 18 points, 10 rebounds, four blocks, three assists and three steals for the Sparks (10-5).
