Gov. Paterson underwent successful eye surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center yesterday for the third time in five weeks - and it won't interfere with his plans to be the first governor to kick off today's Gay Pride Parade, a spokeswoman said.
"I'm feeling great," piped the governor, who was sporting a white bandage over his left eye as he entered his Harlem home.
