Knicks draft pick Danilo Gallinari will throw out the first pitch before today's Yankees-Mets game at Shea Stadium and will wear a personalized Mets' jersey.
Gallinari, nicknamed the Italian Stallion, will attend batting practice and stay for the game. The Mets and Yankees had a player with the Italian Stallion moniker - Lee Mazzilli.
