A Brooklyn parolee was charged with sexual abuse, child endangerment and lewdness after exposing himself to three Hasidic girls and groping one of them, cops said yesterday.
Constantine Kotzalides, 49, flashed a 7-year-old girl at the corner of 52nd Street and 11th Avenue in Borough Park at about 5:30 p.m. Thursday, police said.
A half-hour later, he allegedly exposed himself to two more girls, one 5 and one 6, cops said, and allegedly touched the 6-year-old before fleeing.
Kotzalides, who served six years in prison for robbery, was arrested about 10 minutes later, police said.
