IT was whips, chains and bondage masks in the Hamptons as billionaire banker and S&M enthusiast "Sir" Ivan Wilzig threw an X-rated birthday bash for his Japanese girlfriend, Mina Otsuka, last weekend. To honor Otsuka's love of rabbits, the 300-plus guests at Wilzig's medieval Water Mill castle donned fetish garb, lingerie and pajamas - along with big, floppy bunny ears - as dominatrixes in pink fishnets patrolled the grounds, whipping anybody who got out of line. Wilzig, whose father survived the Holocaust to become a banker in New Jersey, "wore a leather vest, chaps and a codpiece with black wings," one witness told us. "And the party favors included pink bunny fur handcuffs, whips and cat o' nine tails." Only European journos were allowed in - American reporters were deemed too prudish to witness the depravity.
