The nation's largest brewer pulled its alcoholic energy drinks off shelves yesterday after state Attorney General Andrew Cuomo charged they were being targeted at teens.

Cuomo said Anheuser-Busch marketed Tilt and Bud Extra at underage drinkers and misrepresented the drinks as healthy.

The company agreed to pay $200,000 to cover the cost of the investigation.

"Drinking is not a sport, a race or an endurance test," said Cuomo, joined by 10 other states' attorney generals. "Adding alcohol to energy drinks sends exactly the wrong message about responsible drinking."
