CHICAGO - A leukemia pill may improve the treatment of a stroke, researchers from Sweden and the University of Michigan said yesterday.
Mice studies found that Gleevec, or imatinib, reduced bleeding in the brain.
The findings appear in the journal Nature Medicine.
