Four people were hurt - including a critically injured baby boy - when a hit-and-run car driven by an unlicensed teen jumped a curb in Brooklyn yesterday and careened into a crowd - the fourth similar crash in two days, authorities said.

The teen driver was arrested after trying to flee on foot.

Akeem Grant, 16, of Brooklyn, was driving a 1998 Chevy sedan on Tennis Court when the car hurtled over the curb near East 19th Street in Flatbush and slammed into the group just before 2:40 p.m., police said.

A 2-year-old boy was badly injured in the smashup, and was rushed to Kings County Hospital in critical condition.

Also hurt were a 2-year-old girl and her 19-year-old mother, as well as a 16-year-old girl, all of whom were in stable condition.

Grant allegedly fled the scene on foot, but he was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and reckless endangerment, police said.
