RAP DUE IN QNS. HORROR FIRE

By KEVIN FASICK

June 21, 2008

A survivor of a horrific Queens blaze that killed her estranged boyfriend and three others will be charged in the case, sources said yesterday.

Agnes Bermudez, 48, a former stock trader, remains in critical condition at Jacobi Hospital's burn unit - and hasn't been able to talk with police and fire officials investigating the inferno that ripped through a Middle Village building last Sunday.

But a police source said Bermudez allegedly ignited the fire that swept through the apartment of her estranged boyfriend, William Salazar, killing him and three tenants. "We have evidence to suggest she caused [the fire]," the source said, adding Bermudez will be charged if she survives.
