BURNED-UP FITTY SUES EX

Page Six Photo

June 21, 2008 -- A FURIOUS 50 Cent hit his ex-girlfriend with a $20 million defamation lawsuit yesterday after she accused him of trying to burn her and the couple's son to death in a fire at their Long Island home, The Post's Kieran Crowley reports. The suit said cops were not treating the rapper as a suspect in last month's blaze which left six people, including the rapper's son, Marquise, 11, needing treatment for smoke inhalation. Shaniqua Tompkins was served with the papers outside court in Central Islip, minutes before she got an order of protection to keep Fitty, a k a Curtis Jackson, away from her. Just after the fire, Tompkins "stood outside the ruins of the home and dramatically informed members of the press that: '[Jackson] tried to kill me and his own child,' " the lawsuit said. "The suggestion that [Jackson] would deliberately attempt to kill his own family members is false, gruesome and abhorrent." Cops do not yet have any leads.
