A state appeals court yesterday overturned the gang-assault convictions of two members of an alleged lesbian she-wolf pack that beat and slashed an insult-spewing straight man in Greenwich Village.
The state Appellate Division ordered a new trial on a gang-assault charge for Renata Hill, and completely tossed out the gang-assault charge against Terraine Dandridge for 2006 attack on Dwayne Buckle.
Dandridge, who'd been serving a 3 1/2-year prison sentence, should be released within days, said her lawyer, Susan Tipograph.Prosecutors claimed the women were part of a mob that attacked Buckle after he told one she "looked like a man," another she looked like an "elephant."
