A Brooklyn man is charged with fleecing six investors - most of them elderly - out of $540,000 in a stock scam.
District Attorney Charles Hynes accused Adam Heng of conning victims out of their life savings.
A 25-count indictment says Heng cold-called potential investors for his phony investment firm, Pershing Capital LLC.
Heng allegedly spent the money on a home in upstate Binghamton, jewelry and strip clubs.
