Artist LeRoy Neiman has donated $1 million to create a permanent home for a Harlem arts center.
The ribbon was cut for the Arts Horizons LeRoy Neiman Art Center last night.
Neiman says he was a product of the Depression and a broken home. He's making the donation to give children "an opportunity to express themselves in ways they never thought possible."
