DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Pakistan - A bomb exploded outside a Shiite mosque in northwest Pakistan yesterday, killing at least four people and wounding five others, police said.
The bomb exploded near the outer wall of the mosque as worshippers were leaving after evening prayers.
