The late Leona Helmsley's pampered pooch may be $10 million poorer - but she can still lap up the luxury.
The $2 million earmarked to cover the rest of Trouble's existence - which her vet estimates at no longer than five years - leaves plenty for lavish treatments at the ritziest pet spas.
The canine's caretakers told a court that they require $8,000 a year for grooming fees alone, money the city's top doggie doter said would go a long way.
Edward Alava, a former Trouble groomer who has run the pet spa Le Chien at the Trump Plaza for 12 years, said Trouble's allowance, about $666 a month, would cover four weekly "days of beauty" - including:
* A one-hour deep-body massage.
* Paw clipping and filing.
* Tooth brushing, flossing and polishing.
* And a 15- to 20-minute hot-oil conditioning.
Otherwise, Trouble can be found in Sarasota, Fla., being walked at least thrice a day by an armed bodyguard, said a Post photographer.
