A bodyguard who worked for Mark Wahlberg is proving as hard to shake as the actor's old "Marky Mark" moniker.
Leonard Taylor filed a $20,000 Manhattan Civil Court lawsuit against Wahlberg earlier this month, claiming the star still owes him for four years of bodyguard work dating back to 2001.
The suit is the second Taylor has filed against the "Departed" star. In late 2001, Taylor filed a $2 million action charging that the actor had assaulted him. Taylor said the case was eventually settled for $5,000.
The 6-foot-5, 300-pound Taylor, who also has worked for Uma Thurman, said he's still sore that police never arrested the 5-foot-7 Wahlberg for the alleged attack.
A rep for the actor did not return an e-mail for comment.
