Give to me zee honors from zee mayor!
The flamboyant French daredevil who climbed the 52-story New York Times Building says Mayor Bloomberg should shake his hand - the same way Mayor Abe Beame congratulated a mountain climber who scaled the World Trade Center in 1977.
Alain Robert, 45, made the loopy suggestion as he came to Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday to see a judge and testify before a grand jury considering indicting him on misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment, trespass, and disorderly conduct.
