Champion fighter Oscar De La Hoya declared victory in his courtroom battle with a stunning ex-stripper who circulated salacious photos of the boxer dressed in drag and then sued him for defamation when he claimed they were fakes.
Milana Dravnel, 22, quietly filed court papers dismissing her $25 million defamation lawsuit against De La Hoya yesterday, promising to abide by a confidentiality agreement and never haul him into court again.
