PERV SUIT HITS TOP MUSIC ACADEMY

A former student at the prestigious Meadowmount School of Music - which boasts graduates such as Yo-Yo Ma and Itzhak Perlman - has sued the institution, saying the director lured him into a homosexual relationship and prostitution.

The accuser, now a young adult living in The Bronx, has accused school director Owen Carman of paying his tuition in exchange for sexual favors, asking him to be a gay "escort" and pose nude, and prompting him to have three-way sex with another male escort, according to court papers filed at Bronx Supreme Court.

The ex-pupil, who is not being identified because he's an alleged sexual-assault victim, charges that Carman put him up in a New York apartment and promised to pay him $1,000 a month for sex, based on a lawsuit.

The alleged mischief started at the Westport, NY, school in the summer of 2005, when the aspiring violinist was 16.

"Mr. Carman agreed to help [the teen] in his career in exchange for sexual activity with [the boy]" court papers say.

The boy stayed at Carman's residence on school grounds, providing sex five or six times a week, the lawsuit says. The teen also was allegedly forced to have sex with Carman and an escort and urged to become a prostitute himself.

The student is seeking unspecified damages and wants a judge to order the school to stop teaching minors.

The student's lawyers declined comment. Carman did not return phone calls.
