A Post reporter whose dog was killed by stray voltage has filed a negligence suit against Con Ed and the city.
Denise Buffa said Mushy, a 5-year-old, 100-pound Italian mastiff, was in Harlem's Marcus Garvey Park last June when he ran across wet pavement that served as a conduit for stray voltage from a lamp post.
A spokeswoman said Con Ed wasn't involved because the city owns the light poles. The city Department of Transportation declined comment.
