UMA NUT'S TRIP TO NYC ILLEGAL

By KATHIANNE BONIELLO and ANDREA SHEPARD

June 8, 2008

The freaky fanatic convicted of stalking actress Uma Thurman claimed he came to Manhattan Friday to take a drug test - but probation officials insisted yesterday that Jack Jordan didn't have permission to make the trip.

"He does not have freedom to leave the state," Maryland public-safety spokesman Mark Vernarelli said.

Jordan was seen near the courthouse at 100 Centre St. Friday and told The Post he had an appointment with the city Probation Department.

But there was no appointment with the department, spokesman Jack Ryan said.

Jordan was back in Maryland yesterday.
