Department of Education officials said yesterday they're moving to address pre-kindergarten enrollment snafus that may have wrongly denied spots to nearly 200 schoolchildren.
The glitches caused a furor among parents who assumed their applications were a lock because priority had been promised to kids with older siblings at a school.
