CHICAGO - The judge in R. Kelly's child pornography trial has issued a new order for a Chicago Sun-Times reporter to appear in court.
Judge Vincent Gaughan stopped short of issuing an arrest warrant for Jim DeRogatis. Attorneys want to ask him how he got a sex tape in 2002, but DeRogatis didn't come to court yesterday.
Gaughan issued a new order for DeRogatis to appear today.
Gaughan again rejected arguments that DeRogatis' actions are privileged under the First Amendment.
Kelly has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
