Dina Matos McGreevey has fallen on hard times - although her idea of poverty is a rich one to most.

"I used to shop at Talbots, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and boutiques in Montclair," the former first lady of New Jersey whined at her ugly divorce trial yesterday.

Now she can afford only "Children's Place and occasionally, The Gap."

Matos McGreevey's fall from riches was detailed as she described the lavish, $50,000-a-month lifestyle she enjoyed when estranged gay hubby Jim McGreevey was governor.

"Well, obviously, I don't have the state vehicles. No driver. No security. No housekeeper. No staff. No chef," she sniffed under a cross-examination from McGreevey's lawyer.

"Now I pay a mortgage, utilities and all the household expenses," she said.

She also owes more than $350,000 in lawyers' fees and loans.
