While his unexpected bout with glaucoma has forced Gov. Paterson to lay low until next week, the governor felt well enough yesterday to flash his veto pen.
The recovering governor signed 10 bills into law at his Harlem home yesterday and vetoed one, a bill that would make it easier for creditors to recover debts from foreign nationals.
