MAN BUSTED IN DRY-CLEAN SLAY

By LARRY CELONA

May 19, 2008

Police last night busted a suspect in the killing of a woman inside the Brooklyn dry-cleaning store she owned, sources told The Post.

Jamal Winter, 22, allegedly murdered 63-year-old Kyong-Sook Woo in a robbery as she closed the Eden Dry Cleaners on 10th Avenue in Windsor Terrace on Thursday night. An employee found her body the next morning.

She had been hit on the head with a blunt object and her car was stolen, police said.

Winter, who lives near the shop, has a criminal history that includes an arrest for a similar crime within the past year - a gunpoint robbery in which the victim's car was stolen.

New charges against him were pending.
