The "Little Mermaid" actor who fell more than 30 feet onto a Broadway stage is far more seriously injured then previously believed, and is planning to sue over the freak accident.
Adrian Bailey, 51, was injured before a matinee performance of the Disney musical on May 10.
"He didn't break every bone in his body, but he came close," said his lawyer, Mark Manus.
