Scammer Nishan Kohli, who bribed a UN official to steer more than $100 million in business contracts, got off with a wrist-slap at his emotional sentencing yesterday after dumping the blame for the scam on his father and serving as a witness against his co-conspirator.
Kohli was sentenced to five years of probation.
