A furious mom yesterday confronted the man she says murdered her son and blasted the judge who set him free after 10 years, screaming, "You're a killer!" and "They let you walk out. You don't deserve to walk out!"
Michael Clancy, who was convicted for shooting a drug dealer's friend in The Bronx in 1997 and had his conviction overturned last month, heard the heated comments as he walked out of a courtroom for a hearing on whether he would have to face a retrial
"God bless you," Clancy, 33, told the grieving mother, Temmy Concepcion, before walking away with his own mother, sister and attorney Ron Kuby.
A judge overturned Clancy's conviction last month after new testimony surfaced from a witness who fingered another man as the shooter who killed Concepcion's son, John Buono. That witness had come forward 10 years ago, but was never called to testify.
