Introducing the Summer TV Season

Summer Olympics
Friday, August 8-Sunday 24, NBC
Let's be honest: any TV-watching we're doing in the month of August will be spent watching athletes cross finish lines and stick dismounts. The Summer Olympics is like a bacchanalia of sport, all packaged up and pretty so men and women can both enjoy it. NBC plans 3,600 hours of TV and broadband coverage from Beijing, from the opening ceremonies on Friday, Aug. 8, to the closing ceremonies on Sunday, Aug. 24, so you can literally watch nothing but diving, jumping, twisting and sprinting 24/7.
