TEEN Vogue is looking to get back in the TV game. A source tells us Editor-in-Chief Amy Astley has been working on developing a show that will feature the magazine. Teen Vogue figured prominently on MTV's "The Hills" when stars Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port worked in the title's fashion closet in Los Angeles, though both have since left the mag. A rep for the magazine declined to elaborate other than to say, "We are working on some TV projects."
