Judge orders temporary restraining order on J.Lo sex tape

A California judge today pulled the plug on a sexy movie about Jennifer Lopez, telling her ex-husband to can a steamy flick filled with risqué footage from their 1997 honeymoon.
	 
LA County Superior Court Judge James Chalfant told ex-hubby Ojani Noa he can’t distribute "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story," pending another hearing set for Dec. 1.
	 
"She is not being fair, she s trying to stop me from moving on with my life," said Noa, who was married to Lopez for 11 months.
	 
"This is proof of her power and money in trying to stop me from moving on."
	 
Chalfant sided with J. Lo’s argument that Noa was breaking confidentiality agreements, signed in 1998 and 2005 by the former lovebirds.
	 
"The interest in her privacy and misappropriations of information concerning her, I think clearly outweighs the interest of the defendants’ disseminating information about her," Chalfant said.
	 
J. Lo’s lawyer declined comment.
	 
The sultry Bronx native filed a $10 million lawsuit against Noa on Friday, claiming he breached their confidentiality deal.
	 
The hot footage in question reportedly includes scenes of an embarrassing, ugly argument between J. Lo and her mom. The National Enquirer reported that it had seen 11 hours of Noa’s footage of Lopez and that the kinky material included:
	 
-- A sizzling scene of Lopez checking herself out in front of a bathroom mirror, clad only in a bra and panties.
	 
-- Lopez, wearing skimpy underwear, being spanked in bed by Noa.
	 
-- An immodest J.Lo jumping on a motorcycle in a short dress and no underwear.
	 
Noa bristled at suggestions his movie is a sex tape of Lopez.
	 
"The movie is not something sexual," said Noa, who represented himself in court.
	 
J. Lo’s side didn’t get everything she wanted, as Judge Chalfant declined to bar media from airing the racy footage if any news or entertainment outlets happen to get their hands on it.
	 
"For example I’m not going enjoin NBC News from broadcasting it," Chalfant said.
